N°30 Circuit Full Gars from the Arpille
This is one of the premier descents in the area, starting from the summit of L’Arpille, one of the highest points in the Préalpes d’Azur. From the peak, the trail follows the northern slope (ubac) of the mountain for approximately 7 kilometers, with a 900-meter vertical drop—proportions worthy of a true "marathon" descent.
Since its restoration for mountain biking, it has become a must-ride route in the valley, offering a breathtaking panoramic view from its ridgeline starting point. The itinerary includes two transition sections (liaisons). The return link between Gars and Saint-Auban, though relatively long, remains pleasant and easy-rolling. After all, those beautiful calades (cobbled stone trails) have to be earned... unless you opt for a shuttle between Gars and Saint-Auban.

Circuit Gravel N°4 : Les 3 Bosses
What better viewpoint to discover the landscapes than to climb to the summit of Arpille at an altitude of 1680m! This Gravel ride which has some elevation change can also be done by mountain bike or VVTAE. It takes place mainly on wide forest tracks and without great technical difficulty.
