In a rustic and friendly setting, Espace Terroirs offers a wide selection of fresh and dried gastronomic products of the highest quality, rigorously selected and sourced from the regions of Provence.
A tasting is offered every day to help you discover
unexpected flavors.
Seasonal fruits and vegetables, goat cheese, fresh eggs, sausage, secca,
pissaladière, Swiss chard pie, and barbajuans make up the selection of fresh products from local farms.
Various varieties of olive oils, Label Rouge honeys, artisanal jams,
tapenade, and anchoïade are just a few examples of local products.
But there’s also floral cuisine: a range of rose, mimosa, jasmine,
and violet syrups… flower confit, crystallized rose petals…
Additionally, Provence wines, flower-based liqueurs, artisanal pastis, and wine-based aperitifs round out this wide selection.
