Booking terms and conditions
How to book an exclusive moment?
- Depending on the activity, select the type of ticket (adult, child, reduced rate, etc.) and indicate the number of participants.
- Fill in your information
Enter your contact information (surname, first name, email, phone) and check your reservation before moving on to the next step.
- Online payment
Proceed to secure payment by credit card. Once the payment is validated, your reservation is confirmed! - Confirmation and tickets
You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
Attached, you will find a PDF containing your tickets.

You can view your tickets directly on your phone or print them to present them on the day of the activity.

Are modifiable and cancelable with refund up to 3 days before the date of the activity.Any modification or cancellation made less than 3 days

In rare cases,
Pays de Grasse Tourisme may have to cancel an activity due to circumstances beyond our control
(Weather conditions, unavailability of the intervener, etc.).
If this happens, we will send you a warning email and you will receive a full refund of your reservation.
