Domaine de la Royrie: Exceptional olive trees for exceptional organic olive oils
Domaine de La Royrie is an olive grove built in the 15th century by the monks of Lérins Abbey. Beautifully renovated, the estate produces an olive oil AOC Nice organic oil, several times gold medalist and present in international competitions.
The visit of the domain deals with the topics of the regional history, the culture and the size of the olive trees, the relation with the environment and the inheritance, the picking of the olives, and the mode of production of an olive oil. excellence ... with the dry garden, the medieval kitchen garden, the cabanon-museum of rural life.

Guided tour of the estate with its owners: the olive tree, its varieties, the AOC, the driving of an olive grove, the size, the harvest, the mills, as well as the perfume flowers.
