The Book Festival is resolutely committed to being a forum for free and committed voices in our contemporary world.

300 authors will take part in debates and meetings, powerful readings, concerts, shows and films.

Admission is free, as are the debates and meetings, and most of the films and shows. We want this festival to be for everyone - popular, lively and exciting!
