This charming gîte, immersed in greenery, will delight you with its facilities: on the ground floor, it comprises 2 double bedrooms (beds can be separated if necessary), each with its own bathroom featuring an Italian-style shower and separate toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen.
You'll appreciate the lounge with TV corner, HI-FI and 32m² shaded terrace overlooking the gardens and lake.
A washing machine and drying rack are at your disposal.
Free access to communal areas: gardens, swimming pool, summer kitchen, private lake with fishing facilities ("no kill" fishing only: from mid-April to early November: carp, grass carp, black bass...), pétanque court and children's swing.
