This is an ideal property for a large familyor a group of friends as the villa is divided into two parts, each with a seating area and a kitchen.
Small surrounding villages offer the typical southern France restaurants with terraces in the shade of large trees, fountains and spectacular views. If you love water sports, you will enjoy the Saint Cézaire river hidden in the forest (7km), or Lake Saint Cassien (15km). The house is also an ideal starting point to explore the pretty villages of the hinterland to the Var such as Montauroux and Callian (17km).
The Riviera is accessible via the highway, visit the world-famous Croisette in Cannes (22km), Antibes (30km) and Nice (50km) which are not to be missed. Supermarket 3km, Restaurant 700m.
