La Roquette-sur-Siagne is a lovely village situated on the western edge of the Alpes-Maritimes, between the mountains and the sea. Peacefully perched on the heights overlooking the sea, La Roquette-sur-Siagne has a panoramic view from Théoule to the Bay of Cannes.
It is an ideal vacation setting, not only close to two large cities, Grasse and Cannes, but also just six miles from the sea, meaning you can quickly reach the beaches or go shopping in town and stroll along the Croisette.
If, however, you prefer the calm of the countryside, you can relax in La Roquette, away from the urban crowds and hubbub of the coast.

- Promenade du Béal : A botanical trail along the Béal Canal from the Saint Jean chapel to the Val de Siagne Cultural and Sports Center, reserved for pedestrians and cyclists.
At the trailhead, you will hear the water lapping gently between the reeds and horsetails, an atmosphere of pure serenity.
Explore the wide variety of aquatic plants that naturally filter the waters of the canal. With a rustle of her wings, a moorhen is rocked by the gentle ripples on the water’s surface. Further off, a kingfisher keeps watch and, looking down, we see minnows and common roaches moving upstream in the crystal-clear water. A feast for the eyes and a moment of natural beauty and stillness within everyone’s reach..

- Saint Jean chapel. The Saint Jean chapel is built on the site once occupied by the Saint Georges chapel. The Revolution saw a string of upheavals: the original chapel was set ablaze following the dechristianization of the country, and was later sold, ultimately being turned into a barn and stable by the new owner. The chapel would be rebuilt in 1850 and newly dedicated to Saint Jean in an effort to ward off bad luck. Officially unveiled in 1856, the chapel is still a popular tourist site. Its exterior was modified in 2006 to offer a small garden that invites tourists and locals to rest in the shade of the towering plane trees.
