The mill was until 1956 operated by the Doussan family, the frost led the Doussans to abandon the latter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Four years later, in 1960, the operation of the mill restarted thanks to Aim\u00e9 Baussy and his wife, a niece of Fran\u00e7ois Doussan. The mill, located at the bottom of the village, has just turned 100 years old, but it is now at the forefront of progress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It operates from November to March; during this period of manufacture, it opens its doors to visitors.
