On a clear day it is also possible to see the Alps of the Italian border as well as the summit of Monte Cinto, the highest point of Corsica.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Saint-Hilaire old parish church<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le Tignet remained for many years without a place of worship, forcing the inhabitants of the commune to go to Cabris to attend mass. It was not until 1714 that the church of the old village was built, as evidenced by the inscription on the smallest bell. The latter is dedicated to Saint-Hilaire just as it seems that the old chapel of the old village was. The parish church later became dilapidated and too small to accommodate the increasingly numerous population from 1950.
