Good practices

To take full advantage of the trails of the Pays de Grasse, prepare your itinerary and equipment carefully. A few good reflexes are enough to hike in complete serenity and fully enjoy the landscapes.

Choose the route: Opt for a route adapted to your level and physical condition. Consult local maps and guides to identify marked trails.

Provide equipment: Wear sturdy and comfortable hiking boots, a hat, and weather-appropriate clothing. Don’t forget to take water, energy snacks, and a first aid cough.

Check the weather: Before leaving, check the weather forecast to avoid unpleasant surprises and adjust your plans accordingly.

Respect nature: Follow the marked trails, collect your waste, and respect the local fauna and flora.
